AT&T Navigator: Maps & Traffic App Reviews

ATT Navigator is lousy

ATT is not user friendly. What happened to being able to use your address list? It cancels out every month and my info disappears at THE MOST inopportune times. Asks me a bunch of stupid questions and now I clicked on something that turned off the GPS and its inoperable now :-(

Usually Get Me There

This app is fairly easy to use, but sometimes insists I am at my destination when I am not. Mostly, though, it gets me where I want to go.

Junk

This app is total crap. Every time I have ever used it it has given me a bad route. Im tired of it trying to take me through a forest or someones house. Stay away from this app!!

Awful and useless

Ive been paying for this app for many years and now it has finally ruined one of the biggest reasons I held on for so long. After the latest so-called "version upgrade", my recent destinations and favorites are all gone. But thats really the final straw for an app with so much original promise. It flat out doesnt work sometimes giving you poor direction to the wrong place. The time estimates considering traffic are useless and way off. The quickest route chosen really isnt. It frequently loses track of where you are. You cant set any preference about verbal directions. Frequently cant find the server. Difficult to save a favorite. In addition to not being quickest, some of the routes are silly. Distance estimates are "as the crow flies" which is useless. Estimates should be on roads. And the deprecated the feature allowing for routes between two places other than your current location. Thats been the experience: deprecating features. For 9.99 a month it should be superior to the apps on the phone yet its actually now inferior. Im done and cancelling it now

BRILLIANT GARBAGE

- "unable to locate server" has become a constant - poorly executed directions that lead nowhere - customer service that NEVER fixes mapping errors - favorited items disappear even though the app wasnt deleted - spreadsheet forwarding feature has been deleted from the app - I already pay AT&T enough each month for services I actually receive

I have been using navigator for quite a while now. I really liked the app until yesterday. I wish I would never have updated it. I do not like the updated version. Im debating on canceling this. This app has gone downhill. Unless it changes, Im cancelling my subscription. Im wasting money keeping this. Yahoo and Google maps are superior to this. Fix this app or Im gone.

A step backwards from Waze

Roads have not been updated. No traffic unless I pay even more for wrong directions. I dont think so.

DO NOT BUY, TERRIBLE APP

My company was tricked into buying this app for all their company phones. The maps were so terrible that employees were constantly getting lost and wasting gas. My company quickly cancelled the AT&T app and simply uses the Apple maps without issue. Please dont waste time and money testing or trying this app. It is the worst navigation app on the market.

Navigater

Great app, use it all the time...

Terrible

You took a good working, user friendly program and ruined it. I will show my appreciation next time I am up for renewal.

Where Are Contacts

Can’t believe AT&T removed the ability to access Contacts. Will be canceling my subscription. If I could give it less than one star I would. What were you thinking?

Doesnt deserve any stars!

This app has been best without these "updates" -we should be able to access our contacts to make things easier on us, like we use to. -We should be able to access our music, like we use to. With todays update it kept on routing me to make "u-turns" when it wasnt necessary. It would tell me to "turn or take an exit" too late, causing me to waste time. These things NEED to get fixed. There is NO POINT IN PAYING FOR AN APP THAT OFFERS THE SAME THINGS AS GOOGLE MAPS DOES, which is FREE! Personally Im going to cancel my subscription if this doesnt get fixed. Ive been paying for this App for 5 years. Im really disappointed with the updates.

Works as advertised

No complaints

Have to agree app was much better than before all the updates except for maps

Mary Kay Director Must have!

My family wanted me to use Google free. However items not as updated on all the new roads and no longer there exits. This using voice commands gets me right there. Worth it all the way. Barb Tillman Mary Kay

AT&T Navigator

Lately, Navigator is way off wrong. I am told to turn onto a street that is many miles away from my location. Now I have names and addresses of people in the program who are unknown to me. Technical support has some work to do.

Junk

For a paid for Nav app. Google Maps has more options ...

Infuriating

I have had this app for over 8 years. I use it every single day in my AC business. It costs me $10 a month. They have now changed the app and it constantly asks you to sign in or to rate the app or get a text code to use the app. On top of the constant harassment is the terrible directions. Directed to get off a major highway only to direct you back to the same highway going in the same direction. I am through. Buying a fixed gps product. Bye aholes

I have absolutely no sense of direction and I live in a large state capital so getting around for me would be a nightmare without ATT Nav. It takes all of the fear out of driving & the 3D views make it almost impossible to make a wrong turn. But if I do the Navigator seamlessly reroutes me back to where I need to be. This is a great app!!!

Good to Go

I have used Google but it wasnt what I really wanted. I think ATT NAV is going to solve my problem.
