Awful and useless

Ive been paying for this app for many years and now it has finally ruined one of the biggest reasons I held on for so long. After the latest so-called "version upgrade", my recent destinations and favorites are all gone. But thats really the final straw for an app with so much original promise. It flat out doesnt work sometimes giving you poor direction to the wrong place. The time estimates considering traffic are useless and way off. The quickest route chosen really isnt. It frequently loses track of where you are. You cant set any preference about verbal directions. Frequently cant find the server. Difficult to save a favorite. In addition to not being quickest, some of the routes are silly. Distance estimates are "as the crow flies" which is useless. Estimates should be on roads. And the deprecated the feature allowing for routes between two places other than your current location. Thats been the experience: deprecating features. For 9.99 a month it should be superior to the apps on the phone yet its actually now inferior.
