Great App!! Have been a longtime user and have found it to always get me to the right place. Not perfect but pretty close!

Worked great the first time I used it. Now, if I want to use an alternate route it shuts down.

The app is fantastic I dont leave home without it.

As a long time user, who used to enjoy using this app, I now find this app is just wrong most of the time. Go back to the old version because I cant trust this app anymore.

For 9.99 a month all the great stuff once on this is now gone so they can get you to spend more money!!!! Sad! Also no more written instructions and the ridiculous instruction given is hard to follow (So you will by the NOW PREMIUM) Well, since 9.99 a year equals more then you now premium we should get more not less! I bet there is a charge for even changing the plan! Typical! Ever since this app is trying to tempt you to upgrade the great parts of this once great app has been taken away even though I spend the same month daily. Used to be so easy and enjoyable to use. Downloading maps & even now finding directions has been made harder. Its flat out wrong for a company like AT&T to treat their customers this way. Google map is working better for free instead of 9.99 a month. AT&T treat your customers like you use to ( Great) dont treat us like fools trying to spend more money for a upgrade premium.

Best app had it long time now just keeps getting better.very nice app had this app for about 5 years keeps getting better..

Literally changed my life! Before this App, I couldnt find my way out of a paper bag, if were made from a map! Now Im free!

I used this for my daily navigation being I drive the majority of the day. I stopped using it for a moth or so because of the price. Then I decided to start using it again, but its not working correctly. Made me late to an appt. It used to be a good app.

Redesign is very disappointing, you now have to pay more for what used to be included in the 9.99 cost. I will drop this service

It does not synchronize with computer and phone. I have called numerous times. All I get are statements that this will be fixed.

I added my home address to this app while at home and it still marked me as 65 feet from home. The address listed for my location isnt even an address for my area.

This app has gotten terrible. Every time it updates it is worse. I cant just hit the small icon and shows traffic nor can I easily ask for alternate route. It is wrong a lot lately. Not worth the price. Sad sad you use to rock.

Navigator has helped me out more ways than I can count. The address it finds when searching are correct. Only once have I set my starting location and it got it wrong. The only other beef I may have with it is that sometimes it freezes or cant always locate my position on gps. Other than that it has been a wonderful app.

They removed a lot if the good features like the ability to report traffic problems and the map/sat hybrid view. However, the biggest issue is how increasingly unreliable this app has become. 30 to 40 percent of the time I get the message "cannot generate route at this time please try again later" or in mid route it gives me a message "offline" in mid route. Delting and re installing the app dies not seem to help. I am really disappointed, this used to be a really good app.

1. Cant play music internally thru the app which is dumb because previous versions there was 2. Cant multitask without losing your gps signal 3. Loses its signal at times while following it

Within the first few hours of downloading it, it says I was off route and would not get back online. Terrible. Already unsubscribed been deleted.

Used to be absolutely Fantastic. Its been improved until Im ready to delete it and find another GPS.

If you want to change destination, it is a hassle while driving, because you have to go through so many steps with the app, that it is dangerous while driving

Previous version always working better then now. Even with enacted data plan and map upload while in Canada this version had no clue to where I was. The worse part that when version upgraded I lost all my favorites.

I like how it gives you different options to your destinations; however, I would have liked it if it takes you to a different route if the one your on has heavy traffic ahead.
